Your satisfaction is always our ultimate goal. As you can imagine, the Q-A-Q-A... process before the actual design could be a really headache. To make things clear, we list answers for some frequently asked questions here.

Terms of Service

All products except the whole site design are final after the delivery. Any alternation there after will be considered a new project.
All files will be kept for 10 days after the final delivery. No re-delivery can be made after the 10-day period.
By default, we have your permission to post any product we designed in the "portfolio" section of our website. Please specify if you don't want that.
If you live outside US and your country don't have PayPal service, please let us know in advance.

Web Site Design Procedure

Give me your site name, purpose, any graphics you want to use, any color theme you prefer...you know, stuff like that;
I send you a sceen shot of what the finished product will look like;
If you are satisfied, pay 20% in advance and I'll begin the actual work immediately;
After around a week, you will get another screen shot -- this time, all graphics will be finished;
I will make changes according to your suggestion, after you feel ok with it, pay me another 50% and I will send you all image files as well as the layout;
You test them, then give me your specifications on style sheets(fonts,colors for contents) and any javacripts features (date time, news scroll, image preloader/rotator, dynamic/popup menus... anything you like). Simple feature will be implemented without extra charge;
The finished product will be delivered to you after we get full payment;
10 days for you to use it, fill in contents, find bugs... We will provide necessary help and fix any bugs.

All About Logo Design

Logo is a very important part of the image of your company. A well-designed logo can not only make your customers know what you do at first sight, but also make them remember you better and tend to come back.

The design price:

- Static logo in .gif or .jpg format $5 to $50 depending on your requirements.
- Static logo in vector formats $25 to $60 depending on your requirements.
- Animated logo/banner/button in .gif format $15 to $55 depending on your requirements.

The design procedure:

1. Send me your requirements;
2. I will send you first draft within 48 hours. If you like it, then we settle down the final price;
3. I will make changes upon your request, up to 5 times;
4. Send me payments through paypal or money order, I'll deliver the image files to you. (3 sizes for jpg or gif, 1 size for vector formats)

Questions you need to answer:

What's the name/purpose of your company/site?


	If your website is already up and running, also send me the web address so that I can make the logo match the existing style better.

Any color combination, font or shape that you prefer?


	Blue on white, orange on black, round/rect/triangle, verdana/times...

Any slogan to go with it?


	Such as xpbargains.com, best source for best deals Usually having a slogan will help the user know what you are doing at first glance.

Any existing graphics that you want to go with it?


	Such as part of previous logo, picture of your company...

What file format do you want?


	If you mainly use it on website, choose .gif or .jpg


	If you mainly use it on printing or want to use it anywhere, choose vector format like .al, .ps, .eps which is fully scalable and more suitable for printing.

Choose bgcolor:


	If you want it transparent, then sometimes bright colors don't show well and edges can't be too thin otherwise it won't look smooth. See the sample below All settings are the same for those text except that the top one has transparent bg while the other has white bg.


	If bg color is defined, files can be jpg, look smooth, but of course you lose the freedom of changing the bgcolor of webpage.

Specify image size/file size if you want.
